2010 Rates:
Alluring View B&B sits on a flat ridge top offering magnificent views
and a quiet retreat. All rooms have private baths and a full
3-course breakfast. Rates
below are plus tax.
Room with a deck for 1-2 guests is $79 to $109
1-Bedroom Suite for 1-2 guests is $99-$129
2-Bedroom Suite for 2-4 guests is $149-$169
Additional guests in same room are charged a little extra to cover
breakfast and linen service.
POLICIES
Minimum Stay:
We require a 2-day minimum
stay. 3 or more days for long weekends &
special events in the area.
Check-in &
Check-out:
Check out is
by 11:00am and check in after 4:00pm unless other arrangements have been made
(we are flexible whenever possible).
Please let us know when you plan to arrive so we will be
expecting you.
Smoking:
There is absolutely no smoking indoors, both for
insurance and health reasons.
Children:
We welcome children as long as they are well
behaved, respectful and parents look after them at all
times; however out of respect for the peace and
quiet of other guests, we now only allow children over 12, unless you are renting the entire house.
If you have a special situation, let us know.
Pets:
We are dog friendly as long as the dog is well behaved, potty trained and
sociable with other dogs (there is an older female resident dog). Some rooms are more suited to guests traveling with
a dog, so please let us know if you are bringing your dog.
We ask you not to allow the dog on the beds, and to keep
your dog in a crate if you are planning to leave it in the
room. We will only take one guest dog at a time
Payments:
We take credit cards, PayPal, and cash. If you wish to pay by check, please check with us
when making your reservation - we must have full payment at least 10 business
days before arrival.
Deposits:
To make a reservation we require a deposit equal to 50% of
the total. Because of
our small size reservations and cancellations are very important to us. If your
plans change after making your reservations, we ask you to please let us know as
soon as possible. We will make every effort to re-book the room. If that happens
we will gladly refund the deposit. Some busy weekends will have a stricter
cancellation policy, please inquire.
