2008 RATES
Alluring View B&B sits on a ridge top offering magnificent views
and a quiet retreat. In the main house standard room rates are $69 to $89.
These rates include a full breakfast for two. We also offer
a 1-bedroom suite for $89-99/night and a 2-bedroom/1bath suite for $129-$139/night, including a
full breakfast for up to 4.
Our 2-bedroom 2.5-bath cabin has spectacular
long-range views into Linville Gorge. The cabin has 2 master rooms with king size beds and a
beautiful 2-story great room which includes a full
kitchen. Rates are $129-$149 per night. This price is for 4 guests with additional guests
charged extra ($15-$20/nt) Breakfast
is not included in the cabin rates ($8pp).
POLICIES
We require a 2-day minimum stay in most rooms
most of the time, 3 or more days for long weekends or
special events.
Check-in &
Check-out:
Check out is
by 11:00am and check in after 4:00pm unless other arrangements have been made
(we are flexible when possible).
Please let us know when you plan to arrive so we will be
expecting you.
Smoking:
There is absolutely no smoking indoors in either the house or the cabin, both for
insurance and health reasons.
Children:
We welcome children of any age as long as they are well behaved, respectful and
parents look after them at all times.
Pets:
We are dog friendly as long as the dog is well behaved, potty trained and
sociable with other dogs (there is a resident dog). Some rooms are more suited to guests traveling with
dogs so please let us know if you are bringing your dog.
Payments:
We take credit cards (temporarily via PayPal) and cash. If you wish to pay by check, please check with us
when making your reservation - we must have full payment at least 10 business
days before arrival.
Deposits:
To make a reservation we require a deposit equal to 50% of
the total. Because of
our small size reservations and cancellations are very important to us. If your
plans change after making your reservations, we ask you to please let us know as
soon as possible. We will make every effort to re-book the room. If that happens
we will gladly refund the deposit. Some busy weekends will have a stricter
cancellation policy, please inquire.
